Mrs. J. E. Heggs

I found this picture going through my mother's cedar chest.  The only thing it has written on the back is Mrs. J. E. Heggs.  There is no name for the man or children, no date or location. 

This is just one of many mystery pictures!!!!!

This is my way of hopefully gaining some more information on my maternal grandparents family history. 

My name is Lynette Hackett Coulter and my mother was Peggy Jean Heggs.  Her father was John William Heggs...his father was John Willaim Heggs and mother was Frances Jane Starkey from Franklin County Virginia.  His parents are buried in a Starkey cemetery between Boones Mill and Rocky Mount, Virginia.

I cannot find anything on Frances at all.

Any help would be greatly appraciated.
